"Half a star at most. These guys used bait and switch tactics to get my business. I changed due to the initial monthly premium they quoted and then jacked my price up on the next renewal. State farm has this reputation apparently. Additionally, I left multiple messages and emails for Erik Guillory to call me and help resolve the issue. I never once received a call back. I went back to my previous insurance company. I have much more affordable insurance with far better coverage. Don't waste your time with this group or State Farm."
